What is ATLUS
ATLUS is a physics-integrated TPMS design platform
for additive manufacturing and multi-physics optimization.

ATLUS introduces a new methodology for physics-driven TPMS design. The platform generates manufacturable HEX meshes directly from physical laws, design constraints, and spatially varying parameters. Fluid, thermal, and structural behaviors are integrated into a unified TPMS design space, allowing AI-driven exploration of high-performance engineering structures. The workflow supports additive manufacturing, CFD/FEM-ready simulation, and DfAM-aware optimization.

ATLUS integrates manufacturability constraints directly into the TPMS generation workflow. The platform evaluates minimum wall thickness, channel manufacturability, support-free feasibility, and topology continuity during the design process. This enables printable, simulation-ready,and engineering-grade TPMS structuresfor additive manufacturing applications. Manufacturability is treatedas a design parameter, not a post-process correction.

ATLUS performs post-mesh DfAM verificationto evaluate manufacturability, mesh integrity, and simulation stability. The validation workflow analyzes unsupported regions, topology continuity, channel manufacturability, and HEX mesh quality before fabrication or simulation. The system also detects collapsed cells, inverted HEX elements, and non-manifold topology issues that may cause CFD/FEM instability. This approach enables simulation-ready and manufacturable TPMS structures for additive manufacturing applications.
